Cardiovascular health is health of the heart as well as the blood vessels. You should aproximetly give your heart a workout for about 30 minutes. Even longer would be even better ! Its important to work out your heart so you can be cholesterol free, to clean your blood better and so you wont get heart attacks. People think that working out your body isn't important but it really is.
The way you could work on your cardio is by playing any sport, jogging, or riding your bike. Sports are good for your health any sport really. You're being active and that really helps. Jogging is also a really good way of staying active; you're not doing anything too extreme or to soft its just perfect ! Riding your bike doesn't only help your heart but it also helps your legs. Something that isn't helping your cardio is sleeping for more than 9 hours or just sitting on the couch watching tv and eating pizza. Now that isn't healty at all.
You can be healthy in such an easy way to be honest. Just by simply eating fruits is great for your health. What im planning to do during my vacation is jog everyday in the morning. Also eat healthier no junk food just fruits and vegetables. I know its hard but its not impossible. Although eating junk food once in a while isn't bad you just have to have your limits. Im really planning to stay fit this summer !
